A difficult one-day route. The route consists of an asphalt road, gravel roads, a wooden path, and field paths.

Traveling along this route, you will visit the most interesting outcrops of the park, where layers up to 400-500 million years old are exposed, as well as layers of quartz sand, known as the "gold" of Anykščiai.

The route starts at the Anykščiai Regional Nature Park Visitor Center. Here we suggest visitinginteractive exhibition. Continue towards the Šventoji River, when you reach the "Šventoji Left Bank Health Trail", turn right and follow the trail until its end. When you reach Šeimyniškėlių Street, turn left and drive approximately 5 km towards Niūronai. Along the way, you can see the Pavariai Stone and Pavariai Lime Tree, the birthplace of the literary classic J. Biliūnas. In Niūronai, we suggest visiting the Horse Museum. After the museum intersection, go straight here until you see a sign towardsCopper outcrops.
After visiting the outcrop, return to the “Šventoji Left Bank Health Trail”. Follow the trail for approximately 3.8 km until you reach the pedestrian bridge over the Šventoji River, transfer your bicycles over the bridge, cross the street, and go up the hill. When you reach the road, turn left and follow this road to Zaviesiškis (approximately 10 km), you will see the sign “Vetygalos outcrop”. After visiting this outcrop, return to the main road, next to which is the beginning of the bicycle trail. Follow the trail for approximately 1.7 km, then turn left (the poultry houses are visible). Follow the road for approximately 1.6 km towards the Šventoji River, you will reach the Daumantai outcrop. From the outcrop, return to the main road and head towards Kavarskas. Here you can visit the Kavarskas tuff spring. Return along the same road to Anykščiai. Driving through the city on the main road, you will reach the ARP Visitor Center.
