Do you know how many species of birds can be found in Lithuania? The bird world in our country is extremely diverse – their number is constantly changing, and each species has its own unique behavior and life characteristics. What are the most common birds in Lithuania? What do they like to eat – seeds, insects or perhaps small animals? Where do they live: in forests, swamps or even city parks? How do they care for their young and where do they hatch their children – high in the tops of trees or in nests built for them? What do birds do when they sense danger – do they immediately take to the air or hide in dense bushes? And how do they prepare for winter – where do they hide and how do they survive the cold season?

In the lesson, we will learn how to use special tools that will help us get to know these amazing animals better. We will use binoculars and telescopes that will allow us to observe birds even from further distances. In addition, we will solve crossword puzzles that will help consolidate our knowledge, and we will perform creative tasks that will develop our imagination. We will escort the birds from a unique dam, which is not an official tourist attraction, but attracts many guests of the Anykščiai region due to its natural diversity. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the world of birds, their lifestyle and secrets.

A trip to this place will be unforgettable, but you will need to arrange transportation to comfortably reach this wonderful corner of nature.
