Treetop Walk– this is the first trail in the Baltic States and all of Eastern Europe where you can walk at treetop level.

The treetop trail stretches for 300 m and rises steadily to a height of 21 m above the ground. At the end of the trail is an observation tower with a viewing platform height of 34 meters. Here you can look out over the beautiful Anykščiai grove, admire the windings of the Šventoji River, and see the towers of the highest church in Lithuania, St. Matthew, in the distance... 395 tons of metal and 1,500 m3 of concrete were used to build the treetop trail.

The treetop walkway complex isIn Anykščiai forest. A relatively small forest is one of the most famous forests in Lithuania. The Anykščiai Grove was made famous by the famous Lithuanian poet Antanas Baranauskas. He wrote the poem "Anykščiai Grove" in 1858–1859. While traveling along the Tree Canopy Trail, you will be accompanied by excerpts from the "Anykščiai Grove". From the information center to the beginning of the Tree Canopy Trail, there are 6 educational stops designed to introduce you to the trees and the natural and cultural value of the Puntukas Stone.

The Treetop Walk complex was opened on August 7, 2015. The event was attended by the President of the Republic of Lithuania, Dalia Grybauskaitė. The complex consists of: an information center, a Treetop Walk and an observation tower. The architects of the structure: Alvydas Mituzas, Arvydas Gudelis, Andrius Dirsė. Original architectural solution: the national stripe of the Lithuanian ethnocultural region of Aukštaitija was chosen as the architectural motif of the observation tower. The facades are dominated by a stripe motif of rhombuses.
